    人际(关系)网络、社区与SNS

    拍拍贷这段时间一直在潜心研究“人际(关系)网络”,或者叫做“社区”。

    其实这个名字自己写出来也觉得怪怪的,“人际关系”,这个词包含的内容真的非常复杂。甚至以前有一首诗,名字叫《生活》,内容就一个字:网。

    老外的叫法是SNS,在Wikiikipedia上是这样描述的:Social network service:A social network service uses software to build online social networks for communities of people who share interests and activities or who are interested in exploring the interests and activities of others.

    首先,必须明确一点:SNS是一种服务,而且是一种社会(关系)网络服务。

    然后SNS是用软件构建的,我特别注意到一个词:online,说明SNS是一个在线服务。另外有一个词:communities,说明SNS是一种提供人与人交通的在线服务。正如Wikipedia后面解释的QQ、MSN等等即时通讯软件,论坛,博客……应该都可以算进去了。那么Email算不算呢?应该也算的。

    接着也就是最重要的:人,但是对参与的人有一个定语:为了分享兴趣和实践的人,或者是有兴趣探索其他人的兴趣和实践的人。换句话说关键在于兴趣和实践。其实“实践”这个词也不怎么好,白话些也就是做的一些事情,在兴趣指导下做的一些事情。其实探寻别人的兴趣和做的事情也是一种兴趣和行为。所以归根结底是兴趣和事情。

    我们一直着眼于人、人际、人际关系这些词,似乎忘了一点:兴趣和兴趣指导下做的事情。只有共同的兴趣才会把人们带到一起。

    这里有一个例子:QQ上有一个群,有一个主题。但是随着加入的人越来越多,聊天的话题也开始越来越杂。终于有一天,群主生气了,把群里面讨论与主题无关的人都踢了出去。这时候有趣的事与发生了:在一个与主题相关的论坛里面出现了一个新帖:被XX群主踢出来的人到这里报到!

    可见,无论QQ还是MSN、无论是论坛还是博客又或者是小组,都只是SNS的一种载体、一种表现形式、一个壳。

    人们是有激情的,如果在这个空间里无法舒展开来,那么他们会去寻找其它能释放能量的地方!
